Unfortunately, it happens everywhere that trackable links will get derailed or lost chain sometimes. As for the newcomers, especially, they might be panicked and have no idea what to do with it. Excavator off the chain is usually said that the track off the chain, derailment, over the track, then why in the end the excavator will "derail" it?
Here are six main causes:
1. Due to external causes of chain dro. The campaign link of the excavator enters the dirt or stones and other impurities, and going through the rugged road will also make the track plate seriously imbalanced in force, so it is easy to fail.The operator's didn't operate proper very well, and improper operation will also cause over-tracking failure when driving the excavator to turn or walk.
2. Track rollers, carrier rollers, idlers, sprockets and the belt are not in the same plane caused by track derailment, which is often caused by damage to the guide wheel. It is needed to carefully observe of the guide wheel above the screw that is not missing. There is no fracture, and the slot of the card guide wheel, there is no deformation, etc., if necessary, need to replace the guide wheel.
3. When the oil seal of the tensioning cylinder leaks or the spring at the tensioning device breaks, it will cause the track to be too loose, thus causing the chain release problem. Users are supposed to check whether the tensioning cylinder forgets to grease in time and see whether the tensioning cylinder has oil leakage.
4. When the chain guard wears seriously, it will also cause the excavator to lose the chain. The chain guard plate can't limit the track well, and the track plate will swing too much, causing the chain to be lost.
5. Excavator is used for a long time and walked too much, the track is certainly worn, and the wear of the chain tendons on the track, chain barrel and other components will also cause the track off the chain.
6. For the drive motor gear ring, when the wear is too serious, it also needs to be replaced in time, which will cause the excavator off the chain.
