Introduction
Single flange carrier roller is applied in crawler excavator and bulldozer from 5T to 100T. Double-cone sealing and lubrication make carrier rollers have longer working time and better performance. Fine machining makes carrier rollers had good surface and precise size. Special heat treatment process is adopted to improve the hardness depth and crack resistance. Also other parts of carrier roller use special technology to ensure hardness and anti-cracking effects.
