Reasonable maintenance can prevent the bucket cylinder of excavator from being damaged

The oil change and maintenance shall be carried out reasonably according to the work items and working conditions of the excavator. The hydraulic oil deteriorates more quickly when the hydraulic breaker is often used than when the bucket is used to excavate. The maintenance shall be carried out according to the specified time when the hydraulic breaker is used.
When the hydraulic excavator does not work with a breaker, the replacement time of hydraulic oil can reach 5000 hours. When the excavator only uses the breaker to work, the hydraulic oil should be changed every 600 hours.
If the excavator uses both the bucket and the breaker, the reasonable hydraulic oil replacement time should be adjusted according to the actual operation rate of the excavator using the breaker. For example, when the actual operation rate of excavator using breaker is 20%, the replacement time of hydraulic oil is about 2000 hours. When the actual operation rate of excavator using breaker is 50%, the replacement time of hydraulic oil is about 1000 hours. When the actual operation rate of excavator using breaker is 80%, the replacement time of hydraulic oil is about 750 hours. This replacement time is for reference only.
In addition, special oil filter element shall be added when hydraulic breaker is used for hydraulic excavator. Before the operation rate of the breaker is 30%, the time for replacing the special filter element of the breaker is 500 hours. When the operating rate of the breaker is 30%~50%, the replacement time will be reduced from 500 hours to 250 hours. Similarly, when the actual operating rate of the breaker is 50%, the replacement time of the filter element in the hydraulic oil tank is also advanced to 150 hours.
