As the temperature gradually rises, many users report that the hydraulic oil temperature of the excavator is high. If the high temperature of hydraulic oil is not handled in time, it will cause internal leakage of hydraulic pump, main control valve and various working devices. If it is serious, it must be repaired or replaced. If the oil temperature is too high due to poor heat dissipation performance of the radiator, the main forms of poor heat dissipation performance of the radiator include the following.
1. The cooling fan quantity is insufficient.
2. The external cooling fin is deformed or blocked, and the cooling effect is poor.
3. The internal pipe of hydraulic oil radiator is blocked.
4. The fan tape is too loose. Too loose or slippery fan tape will also reduce fan efficiency and cause poor cooling effect. Check the tension and wear of the tape every day. Adjust or replace the tape if necessary.
In addition to intuitive judgment, the first two can also be learned from the temperature difference between the upper and lower pipes of the radiator. At this time, clean the radiator and fasten the fan belt. To determine whether the internal pipe of the hydraulic oil radiator is blocked, install a pressure gauge in the inlet and outlet oil passages of the radiator and check the pressure difference between them. The oil temperature is about 45 ° and the pressure difference is below 0.12 MPa, which is normal. If it is higher than 0.12 MPa, it indicates that the oil pipe is seriously blocked. Remove the upper and lower covers of the radiator and dredge the pipes.
