Many people don't know what items the excavator should be maintained regularly. 1) Maintenance items that should be added every 1000 hours of use
At the same time, carry out maintenance items every 100 hours, every 250 hours and every 500 hours. Replace the oil in the slewing mechanism box. Check the oil level of the shock absorber housing and add oil. Check all fasteners of the turbocharger. Check the clearance of turbocharger rotor. Check and replace the tension of generator belt. Replace the anti-corrosion filter element. Replace the oil in the final drive case.
2) Use the maintenance items that should be added every 2000 hours.
First complete the maintenance items every 100 hours, every 250 hours, every 500 hours and every 1000 hours. Clean the hydraulic oil tank filter screen. Clean and check the turbocharger. Check the generator and start the motor. Check and adjust the engine valve clearance. Check the shock absorber.

5) Long term storage
When the hydraulic cylinder is stored for a long time, prevent the piston rod from rusting. The excavator shall be washed and dried and stored in a dry indoor environment. If the conditions are limited and can only be stored outdoors, the excavator shall be parked on the cement ground with good drainage. Before storage, fill up the fuel tank, lubricate all parts, and replace the hydraulic oil and engine oil. Apply a thin layer of lubricating grease on the exposed metal surface of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder. Remove the negative terminal of the battery, or remove the battery and store it separately. Add an appropriate proportion of antifreeze into the cooling water according to the minimum ambient temperature. Start the engine once a month and operate the machine to lubricate the moving parts and charge the battery at the same time. Turn on the air conditioner for refrigeration and run for 5-10 minutes.
