The alighting frame bears the weight, walking and working load of the excavator, in which the guide wheel mounting seat is the weak part of the lower frame, which is prone to distortion and cracking. If the whole replacement, the cost is large. Reinforcement and maintenance methods are as follows:
1.Disassemble and polish
Remove all the parts installed in the frame, put it flat in the safe area, finish the primer in the welding position, measure the size of the inner opening gear.
2.Reverse deformation treatment
Ensure that welding cooling does not produce deformation, using u clamp to apply reverse deformation force to the guide seat. In order to prevent large distortion in the welding process, the anti-deformation strip can be welded separately up and down the front section of the guide seat.
3.Welding reinforcement
Spot welding method is used to locate the reinforcement on the outside of the guide wheel support, and the section welding method is used to weld the reinforcement from the back to the front. During welding, each weld is separated for a certain time, and then welded after cooling to reduce welding deformation. After all welds have been fully cooled, knock off the anti-deformation drawing bar, weld seam must not have slag, virtual welding, edge cutting defects.
4.After welding treatment
After welding slag cleaning, deburring, the weld smooth, beautiful surface. Also need to measure the inner welding after the opening size, and the previous measurement of the opening distance error within plus or minus 2 mm.
