Replacement method of filter element of breather valve for excavator hydraulic oil tank

The breather valve is installed above the hydraulic oil tank. The breather valve is equipped with a special breather valve filter element. The filter element of the breather valve can filter the air entering the hydraulic oil tank. Prevent dust from entering the fuel tank. Normally, the filter element of the breather valve should be replaced every 1000 hours for the excavator. Due to different brands and models of excavators, the position and replacement method of the breather valve are different. The methods described in this article are for reference only.
1. Press the exhaust valve to release the internal pressure.
2. Remove the nuts and fixing bolts of the breather valve when the air is exhausted. Replace the breather valve filter element with a new one.
