(1) Put the bucket on the flat ground.
(2) Remove the double nuts from the locking bolts of each pin of the stick and connecting rod, remove the bolts, then remove the stick pin and connecting rod pin, and remove the bucket, as shown in the figure below (a ) As shown.
(3) Reverse the bucket, turn the bucket in the direction of rotation shown by the arrow in the figure (a), and turn it to the position shown in the figure (b) below. After the bucket is reversed, align the bucket and connecting rod with the pin hole, align the stick with the connecting rod mounting hole, and then align the connecting rod with the stick mounting hole, and install the bucket.
(4) Align the stick with hole 1 and the connecting rod with hole 2, then apply grease, and install the stick pin and connecting rod pin. When reverse installation, do not install the O-ring, but keep the O-ring in a safe place for backup.
(5) Install locking bolts and nuts on each pin, and then apply grease on the pin.
