1.Pre start inspection
1). Check the technical condition of each part according to the items and standards specified in the operation manual.
2). Before starting, put the bucket on the frame, keep the outrigger in a reliable retraction state, turn on the power supply, and confirm that the indication of each instrument is normal.
2. Vehicle driving
1). When driving downhill, it is strictly prohibited to stop the engine and slide in neutral.
2). Do not drive laterally on sloping roads.
3). It is strictly prohibited to drive with people and objects in the bucket.
When passing through muddy, ice and snow, soft roads and road ramps with large angles, the front and rear axles shall be driven at the same time.
3. Enter the operation site
1). The ground for stopping the excavator is flat, solid and reliable.
2). The bucket rotation space shall not scratch other surrounding facilities, and it is strictly prohibited to stand or pass through personnel within the bucket rotation range.
3). Work under high voltage transmission lines shall be avoided as far as possible. If it is necessary to work under the high-voltage line, the safety of the bucket and wire shall comply with the regulations.
4). If the excavator is moving and excavating, the excavation route that does not hinder safety shall be selected, otherwise safety measures must be taken before operation.
4. Excavation operation
1). When working in place, the outrigger shall be firmly supported and padded, and the rear wheel tire shall be slightly off the ground; Press the service brake valve and the locking air valve of the suspension cylinder to brake the front and rear wheels and remove the irrelevant articles around the platform.
2). During slope operation, the excavator shall be dragged by winch wire rope.
3). Bucket landing and lifting operation shall not be too fierce; The start, rotation and stop of the platform shall be slow and stable; During unloading, the bucket shall not cross or stay above the cab of the transport vehicle, and the bucket shall not contact any part of the transport vehicle.
4). It is strictly prohibited to use the bucket as an impact hammer, and it is strictly prohibited to use the bucket to laterally clean the ground obstacles or tamp the side of the excavated groove.
5). Pay attention to the bucket contact during excavation to avoid damaging underground pipelines.
6). Do not dig too close to the fuselage to prevent collapse or bucket injury to the fuselage.
7). When excavating while moving, the excavation amount of the bucket should be reduced.
8). After the operation, the site shall be leveled, the garbage shall be removed and the original ecological environment shall be restored.
5. Use and maintenance
1). During operation, if the hydraulic oil temperature reaches 80 ° C, stop excavation for 5 ~ 10min, let the engine drive the hydraulic oil pump to idle, and continue to work after the oil temperature drops.
2). Pay attention to safety, cleanliness and hygiene during vehicle maintenance.
