There are two manufacturing processes of bucket teeth: forging and casting. According to the application range, the bucket teeth can be divided into tiger, flat and rock.

Single flange roller is applied in special model of crawler excavators. Track rollers are widely applied in excavators like Komatsu, Hitachi, Kobelco and Hyundai etc.

Bucket tooth connect with bucket by welding matching adapter on bucket. High-strength steel material is adopted to produce adapters.
