Introduction
Double flange roller is applied in special model of crawler excavators and bulldozers from 5T to 100T. Track rollers are widely applied in bulldozers and excavators like Komatsu, Hitachi, Kobelco and Hyundai etc. The double-cone seals and lubrication make track roller have longer working time and better performance under most working condition. Special heat treatment process is adopted to improve the hardness depth and crack resistance. The welding process includes conventional welding and welding friction.
