Brief Introduction
The B70S series is an economical hydraulic running tire excavator developed and manufactured by Xinyuan Heavy Industry on the platform of B70 series to meet the needs of customers, and implement a new design concept.
In new country and urban construction, wheeled excavators were frequently used. The wheel pump is a type of excavator that uses tires to operate with high mobility, flexibility, and efficiency. While a wheeled excavator will be able to make lingering journeys at speed without damage to the road surface that is efficient and economical, complicated procedures and high costs are necessary before a site transfer takes place.

The engine equipped with high-pressure common rail injection system which can output strong power and comply with the national non-road machinery stage III emission regulations.
The new load-sensitive hydraulic system can precisely control and provide the required hydraulic power according to the vehicle load, with greatly reduced power loss, fast and smooth movement of the whole machine, and much higher efficiency than the conventional hydraulic system, which ia capable to save fuel and reduce the heat generation of the hydraulic system better than ever before.
Combined heat dissipation system makes a larger heat dissipation area, which meets the heat dissipation demand of power and hydraulic system.
The upper platform is designed with reference to the structure of large excavation machinery, with double D-shaped large-section side beams and side-mounted movable arm layout, so that the upper seat carrying the working device is close to the center of rotation, and the platform has higher structural strength.
The rear part adopts full cast iron one-piece rear counterweight, the unique ring hugging shape can wrap around the rear of the body, which can bring effective protection to the rear and prevent the internal parts from being damaged by accidental collision; the full cast iron counterweight is placed at the rear of the body, the center of gravity is sunken type structure design, which can have better stability during operation.
Self-developed front and rear drive axles, high-strength bridge shell, stronger load-bearing capacity, which are carried with a number of patents.
B70S has automatic variable speed drive unit with wider internal gear module, which can withstand greater torque and meet the use requirements of driving and climbing high load driving force, with whole life cycle design of components and better durability.
Unique XY00116 engineering tires, specially developed independently for harsh working conditions, original tire tread pattern with better self-cleaning, shock absorbing layer design to enhance comfort, high performance tread, improved grip performance, while more wear-resistant and puncture-resistant, enhanced tire body structure to effectively extend service life.
