Top roller is applied in crawler excavator and bulldozer from 5T to 100T.Double-cone sealing and lubrication make top rollers have longer working time and better performance. Fine machining makes top rollers had good surface and precise size.

Special heat treatment is adopted to improve the hardness and crack resistance of idler. The roller pin is also heat treated to ensure good hardness during working time.

There are two manufacturing processes of bucket teeth: forging and casting. According to the application range, the bucket teeth can be divided into tiger, flat and rock.
