Special heat treatment is adopted to improve the hardness and crack resistance of idler. The roller pin is also heat treated to ensure good hardness during working time.
1、The body of the whole machine can be exchanged with wheel B70W, and the commonality of spare parts is wider.
2、It is equipped with self-developed comprehensive instrument, on-board computer ECU, body main control GCU, electronic system of front, middle and rear body controller and silicone key operating panel to automatically judge faults and monitor body condition.
Single flange roller is applied in special model of crawler excavators. Track rollers are widely applied in excavators like Komatsu, Hitachi, Kobelco and Hyundai etc.
