AMESim is a multi domain system simulation integration platform developed by French company. At present, AMESim has been successfully applied in aerospace, vehicle, ship, engineering machinery and other multidisciplinary fields, and has become an optimal platform for modeling and Simulation of complex systems including fluid, machinery, thermal analysis, electrical, electromagnetic and control. The running time of the slewing mechanism of the excavator accounts for 50% ~ 70% of the cycle time of the whole machine, and its energy consumption accounts for 258% ~ 40% of the energy consumption of the whole machine, which leads to a large amount of heat. Therefore, AMESim software is used to study the working performance of the slewing system of the hydraulic excavator in the actual working conditions, which is helpful to reasonably design the hydraulic circuit of the slewing mechanism, improve the productivity and performance of the whole machine, It is of great significance to reduce calorific value.
