The hybrid hydraulic excavator is equipped with internal combustion engine drive system, auxiliary power unit and energy storage device at the same time. The power system and storage components are combined in different ways to achieve good performance matching and control strategy, control algorithm optimization, energy recovery and secondary utilization at the same time of internal combustion engine drive.
The hybrid hydraulic excavator mainly adopts the hybrid drive system of oil and electricity. Under the condition of small load, the diesel engine drives the generator to store energy to the energy storage element. Under the condition of large load, the stored energy is released to drive the motor. As an auxiliary power unit, it can meet the requirements of peak load power with diesel engine, or directly drive the hydraulic system with motor to achieve the balance control of diesel engine output power and torque. By using a small power diesel engine to drive a large tonnage excavator, the diesel engine is always in an efficient running state, realizing the characteristics of high power, high efficiency, high return, high function, low noise, low vibration, low fuel consumption and low emission of hybrid hydraulic excavator.
