Keep hydraulic fluid clean
The hydraulic oil must be sealed and stored in a clean position, and the oil should be poured from the oil tank with a clean funnel equipped with a fine mesh filter. If the hydraulic oil contains impurities, it will jam the valve, scratch the pump, block the oil outlet, and cause machine failure.
Keep hydraulic system clean
Replace the filter of hydraulic oil and hydraulic oil regularly. Because there are many additives in hydraulic oil. The original function of these additives is to prevent the hydraulic oil from deteriorating, but it will expire after 5000 hours. So the new hydraulic oil should be replaced after 5000 hours. In addition to oil exchange, water and sediment in the oil tank should be removed regularly. If there is sediment in the tank without cleaning, the replacement of hydraulic oil is not effective. The impurities in the tank will also circulate to the hydraulic parts with the new oil, thus causing damage to the hydraulic parts. Once a hydraulic element is found to be seriously worn, the hydraulic oil must be checked while replacing the new one. Replace or filter contaminated hydraulic oil in time to ensure that the overall oil path is clean.
Keep the work area clean
When refueling into the oil tank, make sure the area around the filter lid is clean. Only clean funnels or containers can be used. Do not bring dirt into the system. When maintaining hydraulic system, only clean plastic plug can be used to seal the end of pipe. And when maintaining hydraulic components, the workbench must be absolutely clean. Checking the condition of using tools, they must also be clean.
