The effect of air separation pressure in oil decreases caused by hydraulic system overheating

When the temperature of hydraulic oil is too high, the air separation pressure in the oil decreases, and the dissolved air in the oil will escape from the oil to cause the cavitation phenomenon, which is the harm to be avoided in every hydraulic system. When the working temperature of hydraulic system is too high, the deformation of mechanical parts is easy to occur. Because the equipment material is different, the thermal expansion coefficient is different, when the temperature is too high, the relative moving parts are easily stuck because of the thermal expansion, and then reduce the excavator motion precision, if serious, the action failure, the safety production accident and so on. The seal of the system is easy to deteriorate at high temperature, and the sealing performance is reduced or even failed. The internal leakage will reduce the excavator power and cause pollution to the environment.
