The main characteristics of the hydraulic excavator control system are:
(1) The load sensing hydraulic system with electronic control pressure compensation is adopted. It is composed of load sensing control valve and load sensing control variable pump. The output flow of the hydraulic pump is always equal to the flow required by the actuator (hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor).
(2) The electronic control power regulation system is adopted. This is mainly through the computer to set the power of the engine and the hydraulic pump to determine the engine throttle opening and the displacement of the hydraulic pump. In this way, different engine characteristics and hydraulic pump characteristics can be adopted according to different working conditions of excavator, and the characteristic curves are determined by computer software.
(3) The control system of manual and electronic control is adopted. Due to the changeable working conditions and complex operation of excavators, manual operation is indispensable, but electronic control plays an important role in auxiliary regulation. For example, in the whole process of excavator operation, the driver can only operate one handle, and the rest actions are automatic interlocking movements. However, the principle of manual priority is adopted, and the automatic control system will be suspended in case of manual operation.
(4) Using the hand-held terminal fault diagnosis system, the excavator fault can be found and handled in time.
