Negative flow control refers to a control mode in which the flow rate of the median return oil of the multi-way valve acts on the variable mechanism of the pump as a control signal, which makes the control pressure inversely proportional to the displacement of the pump.
This system can detect the flow rate of the middle return oil in the multi-way valve through the flow detection device, and feedback to the flow regulating mechanism of the variable pump, which plays a certain role in reducing the waste of energy. However, the flow characteristics of the valve port are affected by the load, and the size of the bypass oil return pressure directly affects the operation of the system. Flow detection elements can not detect obvious flow changes, so the pump response speed is reduced, resulting in poor system stiffness, driver operating lag.
