Hydraulic excavator is a complex electromechanical hydraulic system integrating mechanical, hydraulic and control technology, which represents the development direction of engineering machinery and equipment. With the development of robot of engineering machinery, mechatronics and automation have become the development direction of engineering machinery. Therefore, the automation of hydraulic excavator has gradually become the focus of research in various countries. Most of the work on excavator is focused on the research of its working device at home and abroad. Therefore, the simulation research is carried out on the hydraulic pressure system and mechanical system of excavator working device under the working cycle of bucket excavation, full bucket lifting, body rotation, bucket unloading and fuselage return.
The working device of hydraulic excavator is a complex mechanical system, which consists of several components, such as rotary mechanism, boom, boom hydraulic cylinder, stick, stick hydraulic cylinder, bucket, bucket hydraulic cylinder, etc. Hydraulic system is a complex nonlinear system composed of multiple hydraulic components. The hydraulic components rely on the hydraulic medium to transmit energy, and at the same time, the control signal transmitted by the control system can control the pressure and flow. At present, the Simulink template in MATLAB is used to simulate the hydraulic system of excavator. The second team and excavator are complex mechanical systems, and ADAMS software is used to simulate the dynamics of the mechanism. If the system of complex mechatronics and hydraulic integration such as excavator is to be simulated comprehensively, the joint simulation must be carried out by using the interface between multiple software. However, the unit, symbol and resolution accuracy setting among the software are also existed, which will lead to low efficiency of simulation. The hydraulic, signal and 3D mechanical modeling in AMESim simulation software can overcome the above problems and simulate the hydraulic coupling system of excavator.
