The total power control system

Total power control means that the sum of the power of the two pumps remains unchanged, and the power regulator adjusts the displacement of the two pumps at the same time, so that the output flow of the two pumps is equal. With the change of load, the pressure of the two pumps can be different, then the output power of the two pumps is different. Sometimes the output power of one pump is large and the output power of the other pump is small. Total power control can make full use of engine power. However, because the displacement of the two pumps is the same, when the excavator does a single action, one of the pumps will output excess flow, resulting in the loss of the system, resulting in system heating and power loss. Therefore, total power control is usually used in combination with other controls.
