The typical working cycle of excavator

Excavator hydraulic transmission is closely linked, its development is mainly based on the application of hydraulic technology, its structure is mainly composed of engine, hydraulic system, working device, walking device and electrical control and other parts, due to the poor working conditions of the excavator, the required action is very complex, so it puts forward high requirements for the design of the hydraulic system, and its hydraulic system is very complex The system is also the most complex in the hydraulic system of construction machinery. Therefore, the analysis and design of excavator hydraulic system has become an important part of excavator. Single bucket hydraulic excavator is a kind of mechanical equipment with periodic operation, which is composed of working device, rotary device and walking device. The working device consists of movable bucket, stick and various replaceable equipment, such as front shovel, backhoe, loading bucket and grab. The typical working cycle is as follows:

(1) When excavating in hard soil, the main action is stick action, and the cutting angle is adjusted by bucket cylinder to cooperate with excavation. When digging in soft soil slope, bucket cylinder is the main action. In the digging action with special requirements, the bucket cylinder, stick cylinder and boom cylinder are combined to ensure that the bucket moves according to the specific trajectory.

(2) At the end of full bucket lifting and rotary digging, the bucket cylinder is pushed out, the dynamic cylinder is raised, and the full bucket is lifted. At the same time, the rotary motor starts, and the turntable rotates in the direction of unloading.

(3) The unloading turntable turns to the unloading place, the turntable brakes the bucket cylinder, adjusts the unloading radius, the bucket cylinder retracts, and the rotary bucket unloads. When there are strict requirements for the unloading position and height, the boom should also cooperate.

(4) After unloading, the turntable rotates in reverse direction, and the boom cylinder and the stick cylinder cooperate to make the empty bucket lower into a new digging position. Single bucket hydraulic excavator is widely used in construction, transportation, water conservancy construction, open-pit mining and modern military engineering. It is an indispensable main mechanical equipment in all kinds of earthwork construction.
