When troubleshooting some faults, most of them are the matching problems of engine, hydraulic pump, distribution valve and external load. Generally, these aspects cannot be matched in excavator operation, which is often manifested in the decrease of engine speed, slow working speed, weak excavation and some common problems. The main reason for the slow working speed of the excavator is that the wear of each part of the excavator causes the decline of engine power and the internal leakage of hydraulic system. The hydraulic pump of the excavator is a plunger variable displacement pump. After working for a certain time, the internal hydraulic components of the pump will inevitably be excessively worn, which will cause internal leakage and uncoordinated parameter data, resulting in insufficient flow, high oil temperature and slow working speed. At this time, it is necessary to carry out large-scale excavator maintenance and repair and replace the worn out parts.

However, if the excavator that has not worked for a long time suddenly slows down, you need to check the following aspects. First check whether the circuit fuse is open or short circuited, then check whether the pilot pressure is normal, and then check whether the servo control valve and servo piston are stuck and whether the distributor confluence is faulty. Finally, disassemble the hydraulic pump for data measurement to confirm the cause of the excavator fault.
