Control
The speed and strength of hydraulic excavators can be controlled by the joystick when working. When the travel of the joystick is small, the excavator moves relatively slowly and the force is relatively small. When the stroke of the joystick is large when working, the excavator moves relatively fast and the force is relatively large. So controlling the stroke size of the joystick can control the speed and power of the excavator.
Controlling the stroke of the joystick is what we often call the driving feel, and it is the most basic skill that must be mastered in the excavator driving work. When working, do not directly move the handle to the maximum quickly, so that the excavator will suddenly accelerate and cause the excavator to shake violently. This is also a problem that many novices often encounter. During operation, the small stroke of the joystick should first transition to a large stroke, and there should be a small buffer in the middle, so that the excavator works smoothly and smoothly.
Digging
1. Digging is the most important job of an excavator. There are also many skills when driving an excavator to dig soil, which can directly affect the efficiency of work. There is a trick when digging soil. Generally, the stick cylinder is the mainstay, and the boom cylinder is the auxiliary. The angle of the bucket teeth should be adjusted according to the trajectory of the stick. The teeth of the bucket must be "stuck" into the soil like a knife cuts vegetables, not "slapped" into the soil. When it reaches a certain depth, complete the hook and raise the arm, which is a perfect digging action.
2. If you are digging along the edge of the soil and the soil is relatively hard, it is best to use only two or three bucket teeth to cut the soil, and then dig together.
When loading a truck or other efficient operations, every bucket of soil must be fully digged. After lifting the bucket, try to stop all other actions and only do the maneuvering action alone, so that the maneuvering speed will be the fastest. The bucket is not horizontal when digging and rotating, but slightly opened, so that the soil will not be thrown out from behind the bucket due to inertia, and the bucket will open faster when unloading the soil.
3. When unloading the soil, you must not pour the soil out by the action of opening the bucket, but at the same time as the bucket is opened, the bucket is instantly recovered and then opened to throw the soil away, which will be more efficient!
