Troubleshooting Analysis of various factors that may lead to failure, follow the principle of first easy then difficult, first observation and then disassembly and inspection, analyze and troubleshoot the mechanical system and hydraulic system of the excavator in turn.
1. Troubleshooting of mechanical system
The walking system of the excavator is mainly composed of four wheels, namely driving teeth, guide wheels, carrier sprocket, supporting wheels and crawler. When troubleshooting the mechanical system of the excavator, the main inspection is as follows:
1) Whether the tracks on both sides are parallel; 2) Whether the tension of tracks on both sides is consistent; 3) Whether the axis of driving gear, guide wheel, carrier chain wheel and supporting wheel has obvious deflection.
2. Troubleshooting of hydraulic system
Check the hydraulic oil. The hydraulic system uses hydraulic oil as the working medium to transfer energy. The quality of hydraulic oil directly affects the working state of the hydraulic system. After the correct selection of hydraulic oil, the hydraulic oil must be kept clean to prevent the oil from mixing with dirt and impurities. If the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil is poor, the pollution and aging are serious, and the impurities enter into the hydraulic system, the seal will be damaged or the matching pair will be damaged, which will increase the internal leakage of the hydraulic components. In serious cases, the pipeline of the hydraulic system will be blocked, and the valve will be stuck, which will lead to the failure of the whole machine. Maintenance practice has proved that all kinds of faults often occur in the hydraulic system are often related to the contamination of hydraulic oil. Therefore, first of all, check the oil quantity and quality of hydraulic oil.
