Second, the hydraulic oil generates the heat converted by pressure energy in the hydraulic system. Third, the friction heat generated by hydraulic transmission and other transmission in motion. Fourth, the heat of sunlight. Among the main heat sources of excavators, engine fuel combustion accounts for about 73%, hydraulic energy and transmission account for about 25%, and sunlight accounts for about 2%. 1. Coolant radiator
Function: regulate the temperature of engine coolant antifreeze through air, so that the engine can work within an appropriate temperature range under different working conditions, so as to prevent the engine from overheating or supercooling.
Effect: if it is overheated, the moving parts of the engine will destroy their normal fit clearance due to high-temperature expansion, fail at high temperature and get stuck; The mechanical strength of each component is reduced or even damaged due to high temperature; During the working process of the engine, the high temperature will lead to the reduction of suction capacity and even abnormal combustion, which will reduce the power and economic indicators of the engine. Therefore, the engine can not work under the condition of overheating. If it is too cold, the heat dissipation loss increases, the oil viscosity is large, and the friction power loss is large, resulting in the reduction of engine power and economic indicators. Therefore, the engine can not work under the condition of too cold.
2. Hydraulic oil radiator
Function: the air can not only balance the temperature of hydraulic oil in an ideal range during continuous operation, but also quickly raise the temperature when the hydraulic system is put into operation in cold state, so as to reach the normal working temperature range of hydraulic oil.
Effect: the hydraulic system working at too high temperature may deteriorate the hydraulic oil, produce oil residue and peel off the coating of hydraulic parts, which may lead to blockage of throttle. When the temperature rises, the viscosity and lubricity of hydraulic oil will be reduced, which will greatly shorten the working life of hydraulic components. Seals, fillers, hoses and oil filters in the hydraulic system have a certain working temperature range. Too high oil temperature of hydraulic oil will accelerate their aging and failure. Therefore, it is very important to operate the hydraulic system at the set operating temperature.
3. Air Intercooler
Function: cool the pressurized high-temperature intake air to a sufficiently low temperature through air to meet the requirements of emission regulations and improve the engine power performance and economy.
Impact: the turbocharger is driven by the engine exhaust gas. The engine exhaust temperature reaches thousands of degrees. The heat is transferred to the supercharger side, and the intake air temperature will rise. The air compressed by the supercharger will also cause the intake air temperature to rise. High intake air temperature will lead to engine detonation, resulting in reduced supercharging effect, short engine life and other negative effects.
4. Air conditioning condenser
Function: the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas from the compressor is liquefied into high-temperature and high-pressure liquid through forced cooling by radiator fan or condenser fan.
Impact: the external blockage of the condenser of the air conditioner will significantly reduce the refrigeration effect. When a layer of dirt is attached to the condenser, the condensation effect becomes worse, which will seriously affect the refrigeration. After cleaning the dirt, the failure of insufficient cooling of the air conditioner will be eliminated.
