There is no on-line measuring device in the operation process, so to know the quality of the earth rock and other materials excavated by the excavator, we can only transfer the materials to the truck, and the truck measures the weight of the materials through the weighbridge and other weighing devices. With the increase of loading and unloading times, it not only wastes human and financial resources, but also reduces the loading and unloading efficiency, and can not guarantee the measurement accuracy.
2. Due to the lack of on-line measuring device, it can not accurately grasp the quality of the excavation, which will make the truck under loaded or overloaded. The former is not conducive to the interests of customers, while the latter will cause damage to trucks and other vehicles, as well as unnecessary highway overweight fines.

At present, the weighing system used on hydraulic excavators requires the user to keep the working device of the excavator at rest for a period of time or stay in a specific attitude in each working cycle, and then calculate the bucket load by using the proportion between the hydraulic cylinder oil pressure and other signals and the weight. Although the above-mentioned static weighing method can realize the weighing of excavator bucket material weight to a certain extent, it needs the cooperation of excavator intermittent work, which has great limitations, and greatly reduces the excavation efficiency of excavator, resulting in the waste of various resources.
