What should I do when I encounter throttle motor failure caused by circuit failure. This article will roughly explain how to deal with some common faults of the throttle motor for reference only.
1. The throttle stroke is unstable, big and small. It is most likely to occur on the high-speed stroke. Most of this failure is due to the damage of the angle sensor of the throttle motor.
The most common fault is that the boom and jib are often unable to lift and extend. This fault is basically the damage of the crankshaft sensor of the boom and jib. If it is not convenient to buy the sensor in time, the temporary method is to replace the sensor with two resistors. If there is no problem with the sensor, the drive pipe of the computer board may also be damaged. However, in case of failure, it is best to arrange repair in time and do not repair by yourself.
2. The throttle cannot be added up, the throttle cannot be turned off, or the fuel increase and decrease stroke is incorrect.
1) If the throttle cannot be added up, first measure whether the 24V voltage of 1 heel and 2 pins of the throttle motor is normal. If it is normal, remove the motor assembly and measure. Remove the internal small motor to see if it is normal. If the measurement result is too far from the standard, it may be damaged. And be sure to check the throttle cable. If it is normal, replace the throttle control template.
2) If the throttle cannot be turned off, when testing the fault, first increase the throttle to the top speed of gear 10, and then suddenly turn off the key. If the throttle motor is still at the highest speed, measure the yellow line on the throttle motor plug first. The normal voltage is zero when the key is turned off. If the voltage of the key is maintained at 24V, it may be damaged such as time delay relay. If the voltage of the closing key can return to 0 V or the engine cannot be turned off, it proves that the template of the throttle assembly has been damaged. Another phenomenon is that when the key is turned off, the throttle stroke will run to idle speed or other positions. Generally, it is solved by adjusting the stroke or replacing the throttle cable.
