1. Replace the hydraulic oil with good quality
Before replacing the hydraulic oil, we must pay attention to the quality of the hydraulic oil. The quality of hydraulic oil sold on the market is different. If inferior hydraulic oil is selected, it will cause damage to hydraulic parts. Therefore, do not choose poor quality hydraulic oil because it is cheap, but replace it with good quality hydraulic oil.
2. Do not start the engine when it is not filled with oil
In the process of replacing hydraulic oil for excavator, there are many places that need to be paid attention to. For example, do not start the engine when the oil tank is not filled and the cavity of the hydraulic pump and motor is not filled with oil, otherwise it will cause harm to the people around.
3. Ensure the safety of the process of replacing hydraulic oil
In order to ensure the safety of replacing hydraulic oil, there are several precautions that can not be ignored. First, stop blocks must be placed at the front and rear of the crawler, and lock pins must be inserted into the slewing mechanism. Second, when the bucket, boom and slewing mechanism act, no one can stand within the action range to ensure the safety of the surrounding area. Third, when changing hydraulic oil, smoking and open fire are prohibited.
4. Special attention shall be paid to the disassembly and assembly of pipe joints
In the process of completely replacing the hydraulic oil, it is necessary to disassemble and assemble each oil pipe joint. During operation, it is best to wear protective glasses, try to avoid the direction of joint oil drainage, and disassemble when it is confirmed that there is no pressure in the pipeline. During disassembly and assembly, special attention shall be paid not to damage the joint surface and thread of each pipe joint of the hydraulic system.
5. Exhaust of hydraulic pump and oil cylinder
After filling hydraulic oil and connecting all pipe joints, the residual air in the hydraulic pump and hydraulic cylinder must be discharged again. If not discharged, the residual air will cause poor lubrication, vibration, noise and performance degradation.
6. Replace the hydraulic oil on the same day
The replacement of excavator hydraulic oil should be completed on the same day, and do not continue to change it after one night. Because the temperature will decrease at night, the moisture in the air is easy to form water vapor, condense into water droplets or frost, and cause corrosion of metal parts after entering the system.
