The abnormal noise of excavator hydraulic pump is a common problem in the use of excavator, but it will affect the use of excavator and improve the possibility of danger. If we hear the sound of the hydraulic pump, we should first:
1. Test whether the hydraulic pump pressure is normal.
2. Confirm whether the two output oil pipes of the hydraulic pump shake seriously.
3. Confirm whether there is metal powder in the hydraulic return oil filter element inside the oil tank.
If the above three points are confirmed to be normal, the sound from the hydraulic pump is normal. The reason for the sound is:
1. The hydraulic pump displacement of excavator is larger than that of other models.
2. The side door of the hydraulic pump installation room is not sealed, and there are heat dissipation holes. Compared with the closed type, it has a certain noise.
In point 2, the tubing jitter shall be noted as follows:
1. Whether the tubing jitter is caused by large pressure variation and instability.
2. If the pilot filter element is blocked, it should be cleaned frequently to prevent blocking.
3. Check whether the safety solenoid valve switch switches abnormally.
If it is determined that the sound of the hydraulic pump is abnormal, the following aspects shall be considered:
1. Whether genuine hydraulic oil and hydraulic return filter element are used.
2. Serious hydraulic oil pollution; The excavator needs regular maintenance, especially the frequent crushing operation, and pay attention to the pollution of hydraulic oil. It is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil once every 5000 hours and 600 hours after crushing. Due to oil pollution, it is difficult to achieve due lubrication and protection;
3. The oil circuit is not unblocked, which may be due to insufficient hydraulic oil or blocked oil suction filter element, causing damage to the pump after inhaling air.
4. The installation accuracy of hydraulic pump is not enough.
5. The regulator and solenoid valve do not work normally, and the swashplate angle of the hydraulic pump cannot be adjusted to the required angle, resulting in the output flow of the hydraulic pump not matching the required flow, resulting in abnormal noise of the pump.
6. Due to non-standard operation or overload operation, the impact on the hydraulic system is too large, and the pressure relief valve produces pressure relief sound.
7. Operation will be carried out when the heat engine time is insufficient. Insufficient heat engine will cause high viscosity of hydraulic oil, affect its fluidity and cause excessive impact on the pump.
