The failure of excavator circuit is a very complex failure. Because it is different from the hardware problems with obvious fault causes and obvious fault parts, a fault in the circuit may make the excavator stop using instantly. A negative flow excavator has never had a circuit failure before. This excavator has been doing routine inspection, maintenance and other work. When the excavator vibrates heavily during operation, the data displayed on the display screen will be zero occasionally, but the excavator will return to normal after shutdown.
1. Fault analysis
The following analysis is carried out according to the situation described. Firstly, this fault occurs occasionally when the machine vibrates heavily, so the root cause can be found from the following points. First of all, the most common fault causes are short circuit and grounding fault. The second is controller failure. At the same time, the fault of the display cannot be eliminated. The last point is that the connector is in poor contact and needs further inspection.
2. Maintenance and treatment process
1) According to the steps from simple to difficult, first check the connector on the spot. The excavator is constructed under the working condition of cave, so the vibration is very large, but after inspection, it is found that the transmission line from the controller to the touch screen is good, and the connector is not loose.
2) Then carefully check the circuit schematic diagram and find that the data such as oil pressure, water temperature and fuel level are related to the 5V power supply sent by the controller, so the focus of maintenance will also focus on the 5V power supply.
3) Further check the 5V power line of the engine control panel under the right control box. Due to the long-term dry wear and tear of the right joystick mounting frame, the sheath has been worn, resulting in the occasional grounding of the 5V power supply. Since the voltage is only 5V and there is no condition for welding with the mounting frame, the fault occurs occasionally when the machine vibrates.
After handling the grounded power supply, try the machine again. After a period of operation, the fault does not appear again, and the fault can be solved smoothly.
On the one hand, the fault is hidden and there is no law to follow. On the other hand, the maintenance is time-consuming and laborious, and the cause of the fault may not be found accurately with a little negligence. Therefore, in addition to careful observation and maintenance during daily construction, targeted maintenance must be carried out in combination with the time and phenomenon of the fault in case of fault.
