What should I do if the hydraulic cylinder of the excavator arm leaks oil

During the use of the excavator, it is found that the cylinder head of the arm cylinder often leaks oil. First, check the location of oil leakage and understand the previous oil leakage. Then disassemble the leaking arm oil cylinder and check the components inside the oil cylinder one by one. Open the cylinder head and find that the sealing ring is disconnected. During the disassembly and inspection, the maintenance personnel found that several cylinder head fixing screws of the cylinder were loose. After removing the cylinder head and pulling out the piston rod, it was found that the guide sleeve of the piston rod was installed reversely.
Change the installation direction of the guide sleeve and replace the damaged sealing ring. Fix the fixing screws of the cylinder head. Install the cylinder components one by one to the correct position and add hydraulic oil. After starting the excavator, work and observe that there is no oil leakage for more than one hour. The staff should focus on observing whether there is oil leakage during use. If there is any oil leakage, conduct troubleshooting and maintenance.
