In hot weather, the engine is prone to the problem of high water temperature. Here are some methods to deal with high water temperature for reference.
First of all, after the engine high temperature alarm, the operator should not stop the engine immediately, but adjust the engine speed to idle standby mode and continue to run for 3-5 minutes, and then stop the engine after it is fully cooled. Do not continue the construction under the condition of high temperature of the engine, which will cause serious faults such as sintering of engine bearing bush, excessive wear of internal parts of the engine, and even scrapping of the engine.
Next, check the hidden trouble item by item according to the causes of high temperature:
1. Check the coolant level to see if the coolant is obviously reduced. If it is reduced, add it appropriately.
2. Check whether the coolant is deteriorated. If it deteriorates, clean the water channel and replace the antifreeze.
3. Check the oil level. If there is too little oil, it needs to be added or replaced.
4. Check whether the water radiator is blocked by foreign matters and whether the radiator air duct is blocked, and clean it all.
5. Check whether the fan blade is deformed and whether the air volume is too small, or replace the fan or adjust the belt.
6. Check the water temperature sensor and circuit for short circuit or open circuit.
7. Disassemble and inspect the thermostat, put it into hot water and observe the opening of the thermostat. If it cannot be opened normally, replace the thermostat.
