1. Cooling and air resistance prevention
In summer, the temperature is high, and the engine is difficult to dissipate heat due to high speed, which is easy to show driving air resistance. Sometimes it is difficult to start the engine after a few minutes. Once air resistance occurs, the excavator driver shall immediately stop to cool down and eliminate the fault.
2. Observe the water temperature gauge at any time to prevent water shortage
When working in high temperature environment, always check the cooling water volume and pay attention to the water temperature gauge. In case of water shortage, it is required to run at idle speed immediately and add water after cooling. And be careful not to open the radiator cap immediately to prevent scalding.
3. Anti deterioration of engine oil
The lubricating oil is easy to be diluted by heating, resulting in poor oxidation resistance, easy deterioration and even failure. Therefore, the crankcase and gearbox should be replaced with summer lubricating oil. Regularly check the quantity and quality of lubricating oil, and replace it in time.
4. Clean the oil stain on the engine surface in time
If the oil stain on the engine surface is too thick, it will affect the heat dissipation and increase the probability of failure of various parts. The engine parts can be cleaned by means of high-pressure injection with a cleaning agent that does not corrode the body parts.
