When the excavator works in rainy days, it may encounter the situation that the excavator is stuck in the mud and unable to walk. In fact, many car accidents can be avoided. In particular, when the excavator is going downhill, it is necessary to reserve the back way in advance. If the excavator is in the wrong direction, it will also cause rollover or collapse. When going downhill, you need to consider how to go uphill in advance. The following is a summary of some precautions for reference only.
1. Do not incline the excavator body to the slope. It is better to keep the body perpendicular to the slope.
2. Do not put the bulldozer in front when the small excavator works on the muddy land with high moisture.
3. The sprocket is below when working in a muddy environment. The idler is facing the reverse direction. When retreating, the adhesion of the track climbing upward when the sprocket is behind is greater than when the idler is behind. If the idler is at the rear, the upper part of the track will be tightened when climbing, and the large spring behind the idler will cushion the explosive force of the sprocket. When the excavator shows signs of sinking, do not pull the forearm hard. Extend the arm far away and pull the body with the bucket, and the arm amplitude is small. There may be a chance to escape.
4. When entering the muddy land with high water content, pave the dry soil on the muddy land before working. Take the 20-ton excavator as an example, it needs to be padded with about 60 cm thick dry soil to work.
