2. The pilot pressure is too low. If the pilot pump is damaged or the pilot filter element is blocked, it will directly lead to insufficient pilot pressure, resulting in the failure of the handle or foot valve control oil circuit to control the full opening of the valve stem of the distribution valve, resulting in slow and weak action. Similarly, if the plunger of the operating handle is worn, all actions of the excavator will be slow and weak.
3. The main overflow valve is worn, which is common. The main overflow valve controls the main overflow pressure of the whole vehicle. 4. The wear of hydraulic pump plunger will not only lead to the failure of slow and weak action of the whole vehicle, but also lead to the high temperature of hydraulic oil.
