Working principle and structure of hydraulic excavator

Hydraulic excavator is developed on the basis of mechanical excavator, which is mainly composed of working device, rotary device, walking device and power device. Compared with mechanical excavator, the main difference between them is the difference between power device and working device.

The basic structure and transmission of the hydraulic single bucket excavator are as follows: the diesel engine drives two hydraulic pumps to deliver the high-pressure oil to two distribution valves, which operate the distribution valve to send the high-pressure oil to the oil pipe hydraulic actuator (hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor) and drive the response mechanism to work. When the excavator is working, connect the hydraulic motor of the slewing device, rotate the upper turntable to make the working device turn to the digging point. At the same time, operate the small chamber of the boom hydraulic cylinder to feed oil, and the hydraulic cylinder retracts to make the boom drop until the bucket contacts the digging surface. Then operate the stick hydraulic cylinder and bucket hydraulic cylinder to make the large chamber feed oil and extend, and force the bucket to dig and load.
