Excavators will encounter many failures or problems after long-term use. The rotation of excavator is a common function during construction. Whether it is trenching or loading, the rotation function of the excavator will be used. But what should we do if the excavator rotates and fails. This article will be explained according to this question. For reference only.
1. When the excavator has rotation failure, the first thing to be checked is the rotary handle plunger. Just observe whether other operations are normal except for rotation fault. If it is only a rotation fault, the rotary handle plunger can be basically eliminated. However, the determination method is not completely applicable to all excavators. Therefore, it is still necessary to carefully check whether the plunger is stuck or has excessive wear and internal leakage.
2. Check whether the rotary brake is released. If it is not released, the excavator will not rotate. Different excavators have different rotary brake controls. Some excavator brands release the rotary brake with solenoid valve. It is necessary to check whether the solenoid valve and valve core can be controlled normally. Some excavators release the rotary brake by pilot control. This rotary brake mode is controlled by the rotary brake delay valve. Therefore, if the valve element is stuck, it will also cause the failure of braking failure.
3. If the pilot oil has reached the rotary valve rod of the main control valve, but there is no pressure for rotation. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the rotating valve rod can not open the rotating main oil circuit because the valve rod is stuck.
4. If the pilot pressure is normal, the rotary overflow pressure is also normal. This indicates that the rotary motor is normal. Then it is necessary to check whether the main shaft of the rotary reducer is broken or the failure to rotate caused by the tooth breakage of the slewing ring.
