Hydraulic oil is the medium for hydraulic excavator to transmit power and signal. The high temperature of hydraulic oil will cause the following faults and adverse effects on the excavator:
1. Oil temperature the viscosity of hydraulic oil is one of the important physical properties of hydraulic oil, and the viscosity of hydraulic oil is very sensitive to the change of temperature. With the increase of temperature, the viscosity of oil decreases significantly, the leakage increases, and the volumetric efficiency of pump and the efficiency of the whole system will decrease significantly.
2. The oil temperature is too high, which makes the machine produce thermal deformation, makes the gap between the moving parts in the hydraulic components with no thermal expansion coefficient smaller and stuck, and causes the action failure.
3. If the oil temperature is too high, the rubber seal will be aging and lose its sealing performance, resulting in leakage. It will also make the rubber tube of excavator aging ahead of time and reduce the service life.
4. If the oil temperature is too high, it will accelerate the oxidation deterioration of the hydraulic oil and reduce the service life of the hydraulic oil.
5. When the oil temperature is too high, the air separation pressure of the hydraulic oil is reduced, and the dissolved air in the oil escapes, resulting in cavitation, which reduces the working performance of the hydraulic system.
