The main inspection items of excavator working device include: whether the pin of boom, stick, bucket and connecting rod is loose, whether the bucket teeth are complete, whether the wear is serious, etc. The main maintenance items include: after each working day, the boom, stick, bucket and connecting rod pin need to be lubricated with lithium grease.
2. Inspection of bucket and bucket teeth
Check the wear of bucket and bucket teeth every day, and replace the bucket and bucket teeth timely.
Steps of replacing bucket teeth: first, take out the lock pin with hammer and punch, and remove the bucket teeth. Secondly, check whether the lock pin is damaged. If it is damaged, replace it. Finally, install a new bucket tooth.
The steps of replacing the bucket: first, park the excavator on the flat ground, remove the bucket pin, and separate the stick from the bucket. Secondly, clean the bucket pin and pin hole, and apply enough grease to the bucket pin and pin hole. Finally, align the position of the stick with the new bucket, install the bucket pin, and install the lock pin and pressure plate. When changing the bucket teeth and bucket, you should wear safety appliances such as goggles to prevent accidents.
Adjust the connection clearance of the bucket: first, park the excavator on the flat ground, run the diesel engine at a low speed, fix the bucket on the flat ground, rotate the bucket slowly counterclockwise until the left end of the bucket is in close contact with the left end of the stick, and then turn off the diesel engine. Secondly, use an open-ended wrench to loosen the bolt and push out all the fillers between the pressing plate and the bucket. Thirdly, push the boss to one side of the stick with bolts to eliminate all the clearance between the stick and the boss. In order to increase the gap, and fill the gap as much as possible. Finally, install the remaining filler in the other gap and tighten the bolt.
When adjusting the bucket connection clearance, it should be noted that the filler is split type. When removing the spacer, just loosen the bolt and push it out with a screwdriver.
