1. The most common traveling deviation fault is the damage of the sealing ring of the central rotary joint. Due to the structural and working characteristics of the central swivel, the oil seal in the central swivel is always worn. When the hydraulic oil is dirty, the oil seal, the central swivel housing and the mandrel are worn synchronously. When the machine is traveling, the speed of the traveling motors on both sides is different due to the leakage of pressure oil on one side, resulting in the deviation of the machine. Replace the oil seal of the center swivel when the wear of the housing and the center shaft is not serious. When the synchronous wear of housing and mandrel is serious, it is recommended to replace the assembly.
2. When the excavator moves in a straight line, and the deviation occurs, the straight line travel valve shall be considered, or some models are combined with the diverter valve. When the two valves are worn or stuck, the traveling deviation fault will occur. By cleaning the linear travel valve core, check the closing and shunting solenoid valve and closing and shunting valve.
3. the front and rear pumps or the left and right pumps and the front and rear regulators of the hydraulic pump are abnormal or worn, resulting in different working flow and walking pressure on the two sides of the walking motor. If the hydraulic pump is abnormal or worn, replace the internal problems of the hydraulic pump or grind the worn pump parts to make the pressure reach the normal value. If it is a problem with the regulator, it can be adjusted. If the adjustment is ineffective, it should be repaired or replaced.
