Correct use and maintenance of excavator engine

1. The engine oil and engine oil filter element must use the products of regular manufacturers. It shall be replaced according to the specified maintenance interval. If it is an old excavator, it needs more careful maintenance. The oil filter replacement time can be adjusted according to the conditions of the excavator. So as to prolong the service life of the engine.
2. Try to use diesel provided by regular gas stations. Even the diesel oil from the regular gas station should not be directly added to the fuel tank. Filter the added diesel oil before adding. This will improve the quality of diesel and protect the engine.
3. Before starting work every day, drain water from the bottom of the diesel tank and the oil-water separator. The diesel filter element shall be purchased from a regular manufacturer and replaced according to the specified maintenance interval. The filter paper of regular manufacturers is fine and dense, and the amount of impurities intercepted is large. Therefore, it is easy to block. The replacement cycle of filter element is shorter than that of ordinary manufacturers. However, the service life of the engine can be extended by using the filter element from a regular manufacturer.
4. The air filter element should be checked frequently. When there is much dust in the outer filter element, use compressed air to blow from the inside out. The air pressure should not be too high to prevent the filter element from blowing out. The inner filter element cannot be cleaned by blowing. The outer filter element shall be replaced at the same time as the inner filter element after being cleaned for 2-3 times.
5. Do not use idle speed for a long time to save diesel. This will prevent the engine from accumulating carbon.
6. Check the water tank and pump every day. Prevent water shortage and leakage. Avoid causing high engine temperature.
