The high-quality fuel oil of the brand corresponding to the excavator shall be selected according to the different ambient temperature.
2. Refueling steps
First, clean the area near the fuel tank cap to prevent dirt, dust, water or other foreign matters from invading the fuel tank. Secondly, fill the fuel. At this time, make sure that fuel is not splashed on the machine. Stop refueling when the fuel quantity exceeds the fuel tank filter. Finally, reinstall the fuel tank cover on the fuel filler and lock the fuel tank cover with a key to prevent it from being lost or damaged.
3. Drain the dirt from the fuel tank storage tank
The dirt in the fuel tank storage tank shall be discharged every day. The discharge method is as follows: open the discharge valve to discharge water and sediment. After the discharge is clean, close the discharge valve.
4. Drain the water and sediment in the oil-water separator
Generally, check the oil-water separator every 10h. When there is water and sediment in the water collecting cup of the oil-water separator, it shall be discharged in time. The method is as follows: loosen the bottom discharge knob of the oil-water separator by hand for drainage, and tighten the discharge knob after drainage to ensure no oil and air leakage. The discharge knob is of reverse thread, and it shall be operated according to the marked direction to avoid damage to the discharge knob.
