Power optimization system of hydraulic excavator

The power optimization system adopts closed-loop control, which can automatically adjust the power absorbed by the hydraulic pump according to the load change of the diesel engine, so that the power of the hydraulic pump always matches the power of the diesel engine. In order to reduce the working intensity of the diesel engine and make the diesel engine run stably at the economic working condition point, the controller sets the diesel engine power according to the specific working condition and controls it in sections.

The system consists of constant power pump, motor, mode valve group, diesel engine speed sensor, throttle position sensor, controller, display screen and five pressure sensors. The diesel engine speed sensor is electromagnetic induction type, which is fixed above the flywheel housing to detect the actual speed of the engine. The oil temperature position sensor is a resistance sensing type, which is fixed on the rotary table of the throttle mechanism to detect the actual position of the throttle. The system detects the working load in real time through five pressure sensors, and calculates the required power of the hydraulic pump by the controller program, so as to automatically adjust the current of the power valve and realize the power regulation of the hydraulic pump. The system can make the hydraulic system fully absorb the power generated by the diesel engine without stalling the diesel engine, and can give full play to the working capacity of the excavator.
