1. The throttle opening and control are different
The direct injection engine is controlled by the speed. It controls the throttle opening knob manually and manually selects the power form switch to control the throttle opening. The whole structure is relatively simple.
The electronic control of throttle opening of EFI initiator is no longer a simple control selected by manual switch. The load condition is intelligently analyzed, and complex automatic control is selected, and most functions need to be completed by software. Then, after the analysis and disposal of the controller, announce the corresponding control signal to the throttle drive motor, and then operate the throttle opening.
2. The fuel injector is not open
The direct injection engine has mature skills, and the direct injection excavator has high value when it is used in the end, so it is relatively protected. The defect is that the operating speed of the diesel engine is very high, the fuel eruption time is very short, only a few thousandths of a second, and in the eruption process, the pressure everywhere in the high-pressure oil pipe changes with the change of time and orientation, and because the compressibility of diesel and the pressure of diesel in the high-pressure oil pipe change, This makes the actual fuel injection situation very different from the plunger fuel supply rule of the fuel injection pump rule.
Common rail electronically controlled fuel injection technology of diesel engine is a relatively advanced technology in recent years, which overcomes the primary defects of traditional diesel engine. The center of common rail electronically controlled fuel eruption technology is an oil supply method to completely separate the eruption pressure from the eruption process in the closed environment composed of high-pressure oil pump, pressure sensor and computer control unit ECU. In short, the high-pressure fuel pump sends the high-pressure fuel into the fuel rail, and there is always a stable pressure value in the fuel rail. The computer control unit ECU will determine the proper eruption pressure and injection time according to the load speed and other signals, and then control the opening of the fuel injector.
3. The repair is also different
From the experience of practical users, the ordinary repair and maintenance cost of direct injection diesel engine is low, the torque during engine operation is large, the power is weak, and the diesel with poor oil can be used. The defects are also obvious, because the domestic oil products are generally not high, and the diesel oil supply is abnormally simple, resulting in increased carbon deposition in the cylinder, decreased power, decreased engine speed and difficult ignition.
The EFI diesel engine can match the hydraulic system well. The defect is that the demand for diesel oil quality is very high, the later maintenance cost is larger than that of direct injection engine, and the severely damaged parts need to be repaired by the manufacturer.
4. Energy saving and environmental protection are different
Direct injection engine has strong adaptability to oil products, but the fuel can not be completely burned, the fuel consumption is large, and it is not environmentally friendly. EFI engine has relatively high demand for oil quality, abundant fuel burning, fuel saving and environmental protection.
