Electronic energy saving control system of hydraulic excavator

The electronic energy-saving control system is composed of controller, display screen, throttle control unit, sensor, mode solenoid valve group and on-off valve. Through its comprehensive control, the diesel engine and hydraulic system can achieve the best matching, so as to achieve energy-saving effect.

The system has four operation modes for control, and has the functions of automatic idle speed, overheating protection, diesel engine speed control and so on. Various control commands and detection signals are input to the controller in the form of analog quantity or switching value, and the controller outputs control signals to the controlled elements according to the requirements to achieve the purpose of control. At the same time, various signals are input into the display screen in the form of communication, and the driver can carry out relevant control and operation according to the real-time display and alarm information prompt.

The excavator is equipped with four operation modes: H, S, L and B. The operator can switch through the "mode" button on the display screen according to different operation conditions to make the engine output the most reasonable power.

H mode is the heavy load mining mode. In this mode, the engine throttle is at the maximum fuel supply position and the diesel engine is put into operation at full power.

S mode is the standard operation mode. In this mode, the total input power of the hydraulic pump is about 90% of the maximum power of the diesel engine.

L mode is the normal operation mode. In this mode, the total sum of the input power of the hydraulic pump is about 80% of the maximum power of the diesel engine.

Mode B is light load operation mode. In this mode, the total input power of the hydraulic pump is about 70% of the maximum power of the diesel engine.

When the mode selection button on the display screen is pressed, the display screen circulates the mode in the order of S, H, L, B and S. when the mode is selected in the order of B-L-S-H, each selected speed gear will increase by one gear, that is, the maximum engine speed will increase accordingly. Conversely, the maximum engine speed decreases accordingly. After releasing the mode selection button, the freeze frame will be displayed and the selected mode will take effect.

Only one operation mode can be selected for each operation of the excavator. After a new operation mode is selected, the original operation mode will be automatically eliminated.
