1. Hydraulic pump failure

In general, hydraulic excavators use double pumps, and the running deviation is usually caused by the failure of one of the pumps. In this case, the replacement diagnosis method can be used to judge the fault, that is, the two high-pressure oil outlet pipes of the hydraulic pump are exchanged. If the original slow is faster and the original fast is slower, it means that one pump has a fault. If this kind of failure, you can remove the hydraulic pump, replace the damaged parts, and then go to the test bench for debugging.

2. The safety valve of walking motor leaks oil

The leakage of the safety valve of the walking motor will lead to the low pressure of the hydraulic oil in the system, which will reduce the speed of the walking motor and lead to the deviation of the excavator. In this case, the damaged safety valve of the walking motor can be replaced. When judging, the left and right traveling motors can be safely exchanged to see if they are deflected when walking in the opposite direction.

3. The main travel valve is faulty

If the spring in the walking main valve becomes soft or broken, or the valve core is stuck, the oil pressure of the hydraulic system may be reduced, resulting in walking deviation. For the diagnosis of this kind of fault, the pressure of the oil circuit of the walking main valve can be measured with a pressure gauge to see whether the pressure value is normal. If the main travel valve is damaged, replace or repair it as necessary.
