The variable piston pump is often used in hydraulic excavator oil pump. Piston pump can not work under normal conditions, there are insufficient flow, high oil temperature, slow speed and other problems, low output oil pressure, which directly lead to the phenomenon of excavator digging powerless. For this kind of problem, we can measure the relevant parameters of the fault piston pump, find out the root of the problem, determine the fault parts according to the measurement results, replace the parts that can not continue to use, and repair the parts that can continue to use. The restored piston pump also checks the parameters of each circuit, such as pressure, flow, power and variables, on the test bench.
