It is necessary to remove the hydraulic pump debugging center, open the hydraulic pump, measure its relevant data, confirm the problem of the excavator, repair the parts to be repaired in time, replace the worn parts in the scrapped pump, and reassemble, adjust the test bench for calibration and debugging, and re match the pressure, flow, torque, power and other soft parameters of each system.
As an important hydraulic component of the main safety valve, secondary valve, jet valve, oil filling valve and other safety valves, if the set pressure can not reach the standard pressure, it is necessary to dismantle and check the multi-channel distribution valve, raise the test bench for calibration and debugging, and reset the pressure of all safety valves to the standard pressure. When the wear clearance between the valve stem and the valve hole is too large and the return of the valve stem is not complete, it is easy to cause insufficient flow and slow down the speed. Just eliminate the clearance between the valve stem and the valve hole.
Hydraulic pumps on hydraulic pilot excavators are equipped with pilot gear pumps, which are mainly used to participate in the variable of the oil pump. They are used as pilot oil to open the valve stem of the multi-channel distribution valve and make it change direction. If the gear pump is seriously worn, a certain pressure can not be established or the setting of the safety valve can not reach the standard pressure, the hydraulic pump will always be in a low flow state, and the valve stem can not be completely reversed. At this time, it is only necessary to replace the pilot gear pump or reset the pressure of the pilot safety valve.
